Withdrawal instructions
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Your right
If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, send an unequivocal statement before the period expires.
Digital content delivered immediately
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right is lost only after you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that beginning supply causes the loss of that right. This does not limit remedies for non-delivery, defects or non-conformity.
Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request a service to begin during the 14-day period and then validly withdraw before it is fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to withdrawal where mandatory law allows it. The right for a service is lost only after full performance and the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement.

Effects of withdrawal
Where withdrawal is valid, we reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. After withdrawal, the customer must stop using and sharing the digital performance.
